This year’s tennis season has been predictable. I knew Roger Federer was going to play against French Open defending champ Rafael Nadal. And I knew that Nadal would win. I can see the seriousness in his eyes when it comes to the Roland Garros. He doesn’t want anyone else to win it, especially not Federer.

I was somewhat surprises when I flipped on the Tennis Channel to see that Justine Henin was retiring but only briefly. She had not been playing very well and the fire in her belly seemed to be missing in action. After her divorce and a couple of injuries, I had a feeling that she would be leaving the sport.

So while there are not many surprises in tennis, I think that it’s predictability shows how consistent the sport is. The players take their roles seriously and they show their talent on the specific courts.

There have been many battles waged between parents and teenagers; however one of the biggest clashes is over the right to get a tattoo. Many young people are attracted to the look of tribal tattoos and other designs and feel very strongly about asserting their independence by getting one. While some parents recognize this desire, not all are okay with the idea of their child making such a permanent decision so young in their life. At any rate, most states require an individual to be eighteen before getting a tattoo without a parent’s consent.

Rather than saying no right off the bat, parents can research information about tattoos and designs from experienced reputable sources such as Bullseye Tattoos. Many times, asking what design a child plans to get, where they plan to place it and how it will be paid for can help a child get the wheels turning as to the long term consequences of getting a tattoo. Suddenly, those cross tattoos that seemed so intriguing at first may end up being not so enthusing after all. Another good idea is to put up a six month waiting period for all serious decisions. Avoiding confrontation is essential and opting for a cooling off period will show whether a teenager is actually dedicated to the idea of a tattoo or if it is just a passing fancy.

I sit at a desk for my job so I really love being physical when I get home. I feel healthier and I like doing things that are unrelated to my job. I don’t spend a lot of time watching television so I have to keep busy with the things that interest me.

One of those things is fixing up cars. I am fixing up a Corvette from the 1980s. I have the engine working perfectly so now it’s time to focus on the interior and exterior of the car.

I have an order for custom rim that will make her look extra sharp. The chrome rim set that is coming is going to look great when she’s painted a fiery red. And like I said, since I spend so much time staring at a computer screen, working on cars helps keep me in shape and keeps my evenings and weekends full.

A lot of people these days have tattoos. And tattoos aren’t just for “tough” guys anymore. In fact, I did a search on Google using common misspelling and found that the search results that were produced were almost as good as when I did the search with the correct spelling.

I searched “tatoo gun,” “tatto kit,” and “tatto machine.” Now while I personally would not want to get a tat by someone that can’t spell it correctly, most people commonly make mistakes when doing searches. I was just impressed at the quality of results that came up.
